Do you provide mine site breakdown support?
Yes. Our team provides rapid-response field service and breakdown support for mining, drilling and heavy equipment operations, helping minimise downtime and restore equipment to service as quickly as possible.
Can you overhaul hydraulic pumps and motors?
Absolutely. We specialise in the overhaul, repair and refurbishment of hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves and associated hydraulic components used in mining and heavy industry applications.
Do you stock drill rig spare parts?
Yes. We maintain a growing inventory of drill rig spare parts, service exchange components, hydraulic products, lubrication equipment and maintenance consumables to support blast hole drill rig operations.
Can you supply filters and service kits?
Yes we stock and source a range of Parker & Baldwin filters including but not limited to air filters, engine oil filters, fuel filters, hydraulic filters, transmission filters and compressor filters.
Our machine is no longer manufactured. Can you supply parts for it?
Yes. Where OEM parts are no longer manufactured and have become obsolete, we can cross reference these to modern alternatives for off the shelf supply. Where these items do not meet the criteria for cross reference, we can redesign and manufacture new parts for your machine.
Can you assist in identifying and supplying the common parts required for critical spares?
Yes. We can work with your maintenance and procurement teams on site to identify the required critical spares for your new machine. We can attend site to audit your machines and give you a comprehensive list of the parts you should have on hand at site and also the parts which we can stock in Mackay that will be ready for despatch when the need arises.
Can you install lubrication systems?
Yes. We supply a range of GRACO lubrication systems from progressive systems to injector systems. These are available in pneumatic, 12VDC & 24VDC electric operation & hydraulic operation. We can size and design these systems to suit your machine with recommendations from OEM and GRACO. We also offer installation services either on site or pre-delivery.
