Precision Diesel & Hydraulics was created around a simple idea: clients need a maintenance partner that understands both the realities of the mine site and the precision required in the workshop. Leadership and Technical Background
The business is led by directors Lachlan Brand and Kayden Zecchinati, whose backgrounds bring together heavy diesel maintenance, blast hole drill rig support, hydraulic diagnostics and component manufacturing experience. That blend of mine site and workshop knowledge shapes the way the company approaches maintenance, component overhauls, system upgrades and parts support for high-demand operating environments.
Lachlan Brand
Lachlan Brand began his career at Hastings Deering in Mackay and developed extensive experience across civil earthmoving, exploration drilling and blast hole drilling maintenance. His background includes supervisory roles on major mine sites and a strong practical understanding of how maintenance decisions affect production and workforce performance.
Kayden Zecchinati
Kayden Zecchinati brings more than a decade of specialised hydraulic experience, including work in hydraulic diagnostics, custom hydraulic manufacturing and field service leadership. His technical background strengthens Precision Diesel & Hydraulics in complex component overhaul work, system design, troubleshooting and practical problem solving where standard OEM paths are not always the best option.
